"Will we make it Bo?" Little Cindy asked, her brown eyes flashing beneath her bonnet.
Bo pushed back his black hat.
"I won't lie to you Cindy, we'll be traveling through some savage and untamed country."
"But we won't be in Rodney long will we?" Cindy asked.
"Four days give or take."
"Will we be in Indian Country?" Cindy Lee asked, a quiver in her voice.
Bo nodded his head.
"And after what they've done to your family Badland Bo." Her voice trailed off.
"Now don't you fret Cindy Lee" He replied meeting her eyes. "I'll be there to protect you!"
"And I'll be at your side" Cindy Lee said as she gazed up into Bo's piercing blue eyes. "Together no matter what."
